 Participants will learn a step by step process for effective negotiations.  Whether it is for allocating resources for a project, buying a new car or establishing a supply chain for a new product or service, negotiations are inevitably at the heart of the process.  During this workshop participants will learn to identify the problem, understand it from another’s perspective, generate alternatives and select possible solutions.  This program builds important skills that are necessary for developing outstanding negotiating skills.  This seminar includes learning the basic concepts of negotiations. Identifying the six stages of the negotiation process. Applying the planning process to negotiations and crafting a strategy for effective negotiations.
