Shipping-Handling & Returns

Your order is important to us!

All orders are expedited for prompt shipment during normal business operating hours. We ship from various warehouses via our standard delivery service, USPS, UPS and FedEx ground. We can also drop-ship for no additional charge. Allow five days for our shipment to reach your domestic location.

There is a shipping and handling charge on each order (except for certain digital products- see below). In your shipment, you will receive a packing slip but no invoice. You may request rush handling or overnight delivery for an additional charge. Please contact us at for shipping charge quotes.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

DSS is NOT responsible for lost or refused orders drop-shipped to third parties.

Electronic Products – Certain digital products are sent instantly via email. NO Shipping Fees will apply.


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We will replace items with the same product when the materials are defective or there are problems of workmanship. You MUST obtain a Return Authorization Code from Davis Success Solutions before shipping any items back to DSS. We cannot accept returned merchandise without a Return Authorization Code issued from DSS.
