August 28 8:30-10:30am CT - Everything DiSC Productive Conflict Showcase- Built around the Everything DiSC Model, the Productive Conflict tool helps individuals effectively respond to the uncomfortable and inevitable challenges of workplace conflict. In this session, you will: gain an awareness of how DiSC styles respond to conflict, get tips as to how to manage your own responses when faced with conflict, identify a few new strategies to enable productive conflict with your team members. and learn how to bring these concepts to your team.
