Julie Chance has almost 30 years of professional experience in training, coaching, consulting, management, operations and marketing. She has trained hundreds of professionals in strategic planning, customer relations, sales, communication skills, team management and leadership concepts.
In working with clients, Julie brings to the table not only her expertise in strategic direction, marketing and operations, but also her acute understanding of human behavior and interaction. It is Julie's goal to assist companies to improve communication, working relationships and processes at all levels of the organization in order to improve overall performance and bottom-line results.
Julie has an BS degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching. Julie has taught at the University of Texas at Austin and Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio.
Julie is a frequent speaker and has spoken to numerous groups including The Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, Women of Vision and Influence (WOVI) National Conference, the Houston Chapter of the American Marketing Association, The Entrepreneur Expo, NAWBO, eWomenNetwork, the Dallas Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development and the Small Business Development Center.
